AfterI add a new torrent, it starts downloading, but download freezes in some seconds, after 1-3% are downloaded. Status is left as "Downloading 1.7%". If I manually stop, then start this torrent, it downloads without interruptions at full speed. This happens often, but not always. The other way to resume downloading is to restart uTorrent, but simple stop-start a torrent is always enough.
When did this start happening? Try to download my link slackware and give a screen shot of how it does that will give a idea what is going on. Also if you don't have many seeders or trackers then you will not get those download until someone seeds them as well.
PiusX, I don't remember when, maybe one year ago, I upgrade uTorrent regularly. Your torrent downloads at good speed. Well, speed is not an issue, I understand that it can be slow for various of reasons. But zero speed from 100 seeders is something unusual for me. This happens from time to time on any torrents, maybe sometimes your torrent will stuck on start too. Offtopic: I've used Slackware since v9, heh

As mentioned in my OP, I have done a reinstall (several times) with those exact steps. Also mentioned, I have switched between data and Wifi for all kinds of music (both mine that is downloaded as well as streaming). Yes, it is happening to all content.
Since this is happening only on your phone, can you log in with another account such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists? Alternatively, you can create a free account here, just make sure you're logged out of your own account before creating a new one.
If the issue repeats while using a different account, please check that there are no cache clearing nor battery optimization apps running for Spotify. Keep in mind that even if you didn't install such apps, some devices have them preinstalled.
Having the same issue on an iphone. Ios up to date, app up to date, have uninstalled app and done clean reinstall, redownloaded songs several times now. A good handful of songs just cut out after 9 seconds on wifi and data. Been happening for months now
Apart from the clean reinstall, could you list all the other troubleshooting steps mentioned on this thread that you've already tried? This is so we don't repeat anything and have a better understanding of what the root cause of the issue might be.
If this doesn't make any difference, can you try logging in to a different account, like a friend's or relative's, on your iPhone to see if this behavior persists? We'd like to narrow down if this might be device or account related.
I have exactly the same issue since a few days! I've been in contact with your support team but nothing is working: multiple clean installations, cleaning of cache, reboot etc...I'm a Premium user and would like this fixed ASAP. I don't have the issue when using a free Spotify account, how is this even possible?
Additionally and if possible, could you ask a friend or family member with a Premium account to log in to their account on your phone to see if this behavior persists? We're trying to narrow down the possible cause of this behavior and check if it's network, device, or account-related.
I have had the same problem recently. I have tried the clean re-installation on all three devices I use(iPad, iPhone and Samsung Android.) It seemed to work for a few days but now the problem has returned. I have also tried all other suggested options, such ass changing to data rather than Wi-Fi. The problem keeps coming back. The only option seems to be to cancel my subscription and subscribe to Amazon Prime Music which does not have the problem
However, I am currently experience the pause of the user interface and all the command keys stopped functioning after 30 seconds (approximately) after I open my 3ds Max software. I've tried to close the software and restart it again but it was the same. I even shut down the laptop and restart everything again. However, the situation is still the same, the software will pause after approximately 30 seconds no matter what I do. And it will never come back. At first I thought maybe the file was too big so i experimented on a new file, and shockingly the same problem happens. This situation makes me panic because I need the software for my studies.
Thank you for answer those questions. When 3ds Max crashes, it usually brings up a window afterwards which allows the user to input an email address and a description of the problem. If you enter your email address before you press Send, I can take a look and get an idea of what was causing the crash in many cases. Please do this the next time it crashes and I'd be happy to investigate.
The problem is my 3ds Max did not crash, the view port freeze there after a few actions and it's not coming back. However I can still click the buttons (e.g: box, modifier tabs, save etc.) I can even see the changing of the location value when i draw a box but nothing will appear on my viewport.
And here's an extra info, below is the link to the same issue, I tried the way given but still experiencing the same issue. Is it because after installing the latest graphic card version I still have to do something else?

There was an issue with NVIDIA drivers which was fixed in Late July, so if your graphic drivers are older than that it could be it, but this looks more to me like an unsupported GPU.
I've updated my 3Ds Max to the 2017.2 version yesterday as well. My Autocad 2017 is having the same issue as 3ds Max.. showing the error below, is it because I might have opened a file with some issue?
Unfortunately the 930 MX is not a supported card. You may still be able to work with it though if you try a different display driver in 3ds Max. (DX9, OpenGL, Legacy D3D). Would you please try one of those modes for me? Thanks!
I've been using Autodesk software (Autocad and 3Ds Max) on this laptop for a year and they worked fine. So why suddenly the graphic card (geforce 930mx) is not supported? Is it due to the internal updates of Autodesk software? Or is it because there are some data files losing/ malfunctioning which cause this? Or it really is simply the fault of unsupported graphic card?
I'm actually planning to reformat my laptop since I think this issue is probably caused by software's data malfunctioning or anything, but if it's the graphic card's issue then reformatting also won't help. So I thought it's better to get your advice.
It's really difficult for me to guess about that. You have a point that if you've been successfully using it for all this time then why does this start now? It could be that you (or Windows) did a driver update for the GPU which exposed the incompatibility, the card is hot or faulting, etc. Maybe you were using a different display mode in Max before and you reset your user settings which set it back to DX11. Did you try a different display driver in Max? Normally I'd search the event viewer logs for clues but I don't have them to diagnose. Is it possible the card is overheating? Max doesn't update itself automatically so something had to have happened on your end for this issue to suddenly start.
There's no way for me to say for sure, I don't know your system the way you do. My post is based on my experience seeing screenshots of people that match yours almost exactly and in almost all of those cases the card wasn't a supported card. (Typically it's a HD Graphics Intel card which produces the same images you are showing.)
I am also facing the same issue with my Android Phone while play songs it stops playing in few seconds. I've tried alot even restore my mobile phone but still the issue not solved. In attached scene I'd like the timeline to pause after 2 seconds and resume it, once the learner has selected object "Oval 11" . I think I know, how I set the resume trigger but have trouble figuring out, the trigger that stops the timeline after 2 secs.
If the device behaves normal, it will respond within 1-4 seconds.
