GenEnCo at The Roxy, May 8th at 7:30 PM! We'd love for you to join us for an evening of poetry, performance, good food, and great company! Performers include:  Abe Louise Young Celeste Guzman Mendoza and GenEnCo's own Kelly Marshall and Natalie Goodnow A silent auction will also take place, with the opportunity to bid in beautiful original visual art, yoga and massage gift certificates, restaurant gift certificates, and much more!  The proceeds of this event will go to GenEnCo,  allowing us to attend the Pedagogy of the Oppressed Conference ( http://www.ptoweb.org/about.html ). GenEnCo artistic director kt shorb will be presenting her in-progress solo work, "Una Corda" at Co-Lab on May 15th at 8 PM. The performance is a meditation with music on the spiritual affects and effects of cancer. For more info, visit the Co-Lab website.   GenEnCo at Round Top on May 1st! The Generio Ensemble Company will be presenting an improvisational accompaniment to the poetry of Lucille Clifton in the viewpoints style, pulling inspiration from her courageous and bold text.
