Dear all

We were very impressed by Ms Venis this afternoon, but we are also still going to interview two more candidates on Monday. In order to make it slightly quicker and easier, I shall only be using FOUR of you in the main interview process on Monday, so please read carefully to find out your 'jobs' for the day. Your teachers have been forewarned of your absence where necessary.

The candidates are Ms Aswat and Miss Slevin.

The programme for the day is as follows:

10.05am    Meeting with Mr Savage (3.9)
10.15am    Tour of school – Omer [Please pick candidates up from 3.9, and drop them at the staff room afterwards]
11.05am    Break
11.25am    Lesson Observations (Y9 English/Media) – Fatima and Irfan (3.8), Faizan and Tahira (3.9) [Please pick candidates up from staff room in plenty of time, and drop at staff room afterwards]
12.25pm    MLB Interviews – Fatima, Irfan, Tahira and Faizan (Room 3.8) [Please pick up candidates from staff room, and can OMER please collect them from their lesson at 1.25pm to escort them to lunch]
1.30pm      MLB Feedback (Room 3.9) [for Fatima, Irfan, Faizan and Tahira ONLY]

Please let me know if there are any difficulties or problems with any of this. I don't think I have made any mistakes this time!

Apologies for not using Zara and Dawood - I figured that you've got the longest left in the school, so you'll have more opportunities in the future; and Karishma and Esra are involved in MLB observations on Monday already.

PLEASE confirm that you have READ this email, and that you all know what you need to do.

Thanks

Mr Savage
