Hey, I made some light modification on zen drive extruder, and it seem works well ;)
Works perfectly with my black filament, but needs always to enlarge the wheel groove for my white filament.

;)

Let me quote him from the another mailing thread:

---

Yeah ! I modified the original zen drive and now : it works very perfectly
!!!
I modified it with my Dremel :
1 - I sand down all parts around the wheel (on the master piece)
2 - I have inserted the wheel in my dremel, switch on my dremel and sand
down it with sandpaper
3 - With the same tips, I made a little groove in the wheel which let the
filament run without grinding

interesting, i thought about sanding in a similar way using my proxxon
to make it a bit thinner, (or should it be smaller?). i'd also enlarge
the wheel bearing a bit and use oil to get it run smoother.. or is this
a bad idea?

I'd avoid oil, as it might contaminate your print and cause other issues.

Thats what i'm afraid of. Will you sell spare parts some day or upgrades?
How much can I safely take away from the zen weel?

Yes, we are putting an upgrade package together.
