Wow, haven't seen an email here for a loooong time.
You can check http://makiwiki.com I've still got it up and it has some decent help and mod tips to make it functional again.

Hi allFirst off let me say that I am a complete newbie to 3D printing. My son got me a makibox A6 for xmas which I have finished constructing. I have also downloaded Repetier Host and, after a bit of searching around, found a .inf file that allow me to communicate with the makibox apparently okay. However when I try to print a simple object I hit a problem. The extruder seems to draw the correct shape but the PLA doesn't stick to the bed and just gets dragged around eventually wrapping itself around the extruder head. I think it may be a problem with the settings as I am using some settings for the printer that I found on the web together with default slic3r settings. Most sites I search point me at a defunct makibox.com site. Can any one point me at a reasonable list of settings or suggest what else might me causing the problem ? Thanks
