Hello, I am waiting on makibox and whether one day I will have a makibox printer or my invested money.

Someone there more information than a site showing a picture of hiking?

Is it possible that we we group for common action to retrieve our money?

Since they are totally broke there's not much you can do - besides mentioning it with HK Police and if you paid within the last 45 days maybe Paypal

I also hope to hear again from the makibox team, i got my makibox, but i got no invoice with my payed tax and i remember also that i have payed for the "rahmen" filamet extruder....
I hope to get some money back or even only the invoice ...

Hang tight, we are working on getting you taken care of.

The website is in the need of being re-configured to have it up and running again, and that takes a little lower importance than trying to get your orders out.

We do not have a staff to take care of things currently, so there are priorities, we hope you understand.

The best thing to do is expect NOTHING from Makibox!
Then you won't be disappointed when you get NOTHING!

But it may be worse  -- They will want more money
to ship your printer out  --- then take it  and piss it away !

Makibox clearance says they have 400 printers.
Is that all of them that were left or are there still additional ones that could be shipped to those of us that are waiting on our orders?

I am personally trying to resolve things, but there is nothing I can do within Makible, so there is not a quick solution available. As much as I may be a public face for the company, there are a lot of people involved that are not really being cooperative to get things settled. Unfortunately, that means you and other customers get caught in the middle.

I think I is a lot of money for Jon - We are very grateful for the opportunity to pay your living costs. Can we do something else for you maybe if you promise us to give us a refund and in exchange we'll buy another maki from clearance sale.
It worked perfectly so far - we gave you money and you gave as a promise. So why change anything.

I did not draw a salary for the last two years from Makible and took on a lot of debt at the same time. I appreciate you have this idea that I am living large, but, unfortunately, the case is the opposite.

To whom? Unfortunately, plastic is not free to ship, and the fulfilment partners took most of our stock. Any solution needs to take care of everyone.

Your customers weren´t either. Didn´t and doesn´t stop you trolling them till today.

You screwed up royally. But you are not willing to admit the facts. You keep stringing people along giving them hope with your vague predictions of good things to come. You know perfectly well that the ship has sunk, while you were at the helm. Honesty would have done much good, long ago. The responsibility is with YOU, not with some unnamable invisible people lurking somewhere. You seem to be absolutely unable to admit the facts.

My sons put their money together to buy this last May. Everybody is suffering without any solution. We really need a justice for this. You asked us to wait.  We've been waiting for over 8 months. And you said your fulfillment partner took most of the stock which included my boys' makibox... Really sad, really.

The main issue is that we are being treated like we invested in crowdfunding project and it failed, as opposed to buying a product online and being cheated.
