Well,... but no response to us customers as well.
I still waiting for answers since weeks.

I see these email threads so the time, I have received my printer and the few times I have emailed support I get a response in 48hrs. I do believe that emailing multiple times can reset your position in the support queue, and push your request back. So maybe give it a week.

Kevin,
I have mine, too, and it would be nice if Makibox delivered me from 3d printing impotence but I recommend an active role in getting your machine in working order.
The various forums, both Makibox and otherwise, are rife with experimenters that I believe will surmount the filament feed issues.
Personally, I am trying to decide where to camp out the most. There are the Makibox threads, google group, and now a wiki.
I think the Zen drive, though not perfect, is probably good enough. I think it is the poor thermal isolation in the hot end that is causing feed problems. But I don’t know for certain. And the threads are changing so fast one needs to hustle to keep up.
I imagine Mr. Buford will come up with something pretty nice. In the meantime, I intend to get my machine printing.
Best wishes.
