i also issued a complaint and got the response that paypal can't do anything because it's more than 45 days.

    j'ai commandé une makibox en juillet 2014.
    j'avais un lien vers un tracking pour le transport qui est maintenant
    supprimé du site de DPD car trop ancien.
    je n'ai rien recu.
     
    j'ai relancer makibox sans réponse depuis plusieurs semaines.
    faute de réponse j'ai ouvert un litige chez paypal en demandant le
    remboursement.
     
    Je viens de contacter paypal par telephone, Comme ca fait plus de 45 jours
    => pas de remboursement possible. Sauf si nous sommes nombreux a ouvrir un
    litige a l'encontre du même vendeur .
    dans mon cas, le compte paypal utilisé était "Makible Limited"
    il faut donc contacter paypal et ouvrir de nombreux litiges pour être
    remboursé au delà des 45 jours.

I got the same response.

Any lawyery types out there know if this stuff is grounds for a class action lawsuit against Makibox?
