Hi ,

Jon Buford said  "Hi Jim, the tracking number will be active once it is landed and through local customs. It sounds like your order is either to the US or Europe via consolidated freight. "

So my tracking number : 15505987369191

I got mine, and supposedly around 2000 peeps got them too,
but I see plenty of unfulfilled orders asking for delivery.

makibox is in some financial trouble, and I hope this will not mean
that unsent orders will remain that way and people loose their money.

some suggested that store is suspended until makibox is
ready to ship new orders. This way they are gambling with people with new orders
money, and turns a cool project into a fraud :( if they will not be able to refund
those new orders that can not be delivered.

I would be really glad if they could make this work with these prices or a bit higher,
although not perfect (hot end failing for many folks) still think is a good bargain.

Run! I'm at over a month awaiting support responses on a offsetting problem. I finally got it to print on my own and now after 6 prints the zen wheel has developed stress cracks and doesn't function properly anymore. I'm currently shopping other extruder syrups to mod and replace. Unless you are already an experienced user and just want a box to mod and play around with, I would pick another company.

Don't pollute my question with your problem please. Take another topic...

You're not going to get any help from them anyway. It was customer forums that helped get mine printing with some supplemental cooling. I choose to warn people what they are getting into and am not alone. We are not providing any knowledge that is not factual. Since makibox support won't answer OUR emails anymore; us customers are providing the truth in that makibox is not a good company to deal with and their designs are flawed. All need to know that if you choose to buy or have bought it is at your own risk. I'm sorry you do not approve of us posting on your threads but it is now our duty as customers to ward off or at least warn any whom haven't fallen into this trap of a product and that way they can take their money and business somewhere else.

Thank you and we will not stop unill makibox fixes their problems at their own expense or have gone out of business..

I do not want my opinion to be associated with your opinion.

Maybe you have a satisfaction to report the facts in this way but not me.

I just want to know not to wait for the postman if my makibox is not sent yet.

I also have a business Bootup and I do not love a person unhappy, is representative of all clients. it is true that I will need to the person to correct the conflict, but it does not provide a solution to post an answer to tell me again what is already explained everywhere. My question is simple, I love it remains simple.

Well this is the unofficial list not customer support. So...

Nilz is right in that maybe you should be trying a more private channel, and on shipping I can help there too. Last November I finally got an email saying my makibox would be shipped soon. In late January I got another saying for real this time it was shipping. I checked the shipping status via the makibox website frequently and never once received a tracking #. 3 year and 19 days after payment was received by makibox it finally just showed up on my doorstep via FedEx; a company not even listed on their website for tracking info. That was March. It was the end of May before I was able to start printing, and only because of help from the forums due to being tired of awaiting support to grace me with a reply. That's 3 months of trying the proper channels with support with just over that amount in replys from them. As you will soon learn there is no support except us users in the field, nor will you ever get more than one reply from them without posting something publicly. I was a big defender like you during production but now that units are in the wild and problems that surely should have come up during all the testing they said they did are coming to light. So again, if you can get your money back do so, else don't wait around for your box it will show up eventually and you can expect all the problems to creep up on ya just like at least half of the makibox customer base is experiencing now. Now I'm off to find a local maker co. so I can pay someone to print a zen wheel in order to print some aftermarket, better designed extruder blocks as well as other spare parts to keep this thing running.

It seems like the expired tracking-number is a common thing, but isn't necessarily a problem.

This tracking-number only relates to the final leg of the journey - once it's off the slow-boat and is on its way to you; the number is apparently only valid for a month though, at which point the package is still at sea... unhelpful :P

My box took just over 8 weeks to get to the UK, so yours may well be due soon :)
