Lasercutter Calendar: The Final Countdown

Once I get some confirmation the main one is good and people are happy with it I will add them to the red one. Lets go people.

Ok I went through the log for the Main Laser Cutter and added people to the calendar. I’m sure people haven’t been putting down their time, by accident, so we will need a sign up list. I will duplicate all of this for the new lasercutter as well. Most everyone was on google so that will make things easier. If you need help with doing this on another isp let me know. I do this as my job and can figure it out. 

 

 

1. Sign up for time. You need to be logged into your google account to do this. Instructions at the end of post.

Once at the computer and ready to start:

2. Begin using, add 15 minutes to your appointment time once you start.

4. Add total time used in log, save log

5 Clean up workspace

 

 

To see the availability of either lasercutter your will need to add it to  your calendar or click on:

Or on the computer next to the main one open up google chrome and both calendars will appear in tabs that auto-open.

I'm still trying to figure this out.  People keep telling me they have time scheduled ... but when I look at these calendar links, they are all empty ... all days.

How do I reserve time?

I think this idea got scrapped and no one told anyone.  I just happened to see the google sheet up on the computer and invited myself.  So they are using a google sheet to track both weekly.  Someone there will have to add you I think

Yeah this version didn't work as it was a secondary calendar which
didn't allow for all of the stuff I wanted to do, Carlin took it over
because I was getting buried with the Utah Arts Festival, she put
signs up around the laser cutter but it didn't make it this far. I
have an email list of everyone and now I have time and am adding
people to her version. You may all kick me once.

I just added everyone to the spreadsheet. Towards the end gmail started blocking me so I'm going to have to wait a bit and try again. There's about 10 people that didn't make the cut this time before they decided I was spamming access to a google sheet. Bastards.
