small foundry furnace

hi all, i know the larger foundry furnace is now operational and being used but i have a question about the smaller rusty one...can i hack it? does it belong to someone?Derek mentioned Vincent maybe? as of right now and definetly since sept its just been sitting there unused but i could have a use for some of the parts...
