Intro

Hey y'all, 

I hope I'm doing this right, but wanted to introduce myself. I've only gotten into "DIY"/woodworking/projects in the past year or so, and I'm trying to expand my capability and knowledge base. I used to be a part of a creator space collective type organization in Northern Virginia as part of my job, but have been looking for a place in CLE to work on projects, collaborate, and learn from people who are way smarter than me on most things.

Thanks for the intro message... nice to have ya sign up. Welcome!

 This email list is not extremely active, perhaps 15-20 emails per year.  We are quite active on our discord server.  Lots of info (discord server info, physical location, open house times) is on the wiki at http://wiki.makersalliance.org
If you don't use discord you can reply to this list but responses may be delayed.

Right now, a number of the members of Makers Alliance are busy completing projects for the Ingenuity Festival, happening next weekend.  
If you haven't attended Ingenuity before, or weren't sure when it was scheduled, you should definitely check it out and try to see it next weekend.  (Plus, Makers Alliance is right in the middle of it, and there will be someone here the entire weekend so you could stop by and check out our space and get more info.)
