Meeting tomorrow (SUPER IMPORTANT INGENUITY EDITION!)

We don't have an official business meeting tomorrow, but given that Ingenuity is this weekend, it's crunch time…
The space will be open by 6, since there will be another all-grain brewing run.
Other things that should be happening:
-Hand tool inventory: We should get an idea of exactly how many pairs of flush cutters/pliers/etc. we actually have, so that we can make a Harbor Freight run and/or Parts Express order to get whatever we need for the event.
-Kit assembly: We have mylar bags and all the parts (less PCBs) for the Drawdio. It would probably be a good idea to get the kits bagged up, even if the PCBs are not yet on hand.
-Paperwork: We really *need* a waiver for people to sign before getting their hands on a soldering iron. An 8 1/2"x11" flyer explaining what we're about would also be pretty cool.
-I'm sure there's more but it's not coming to mind right now.

Also, I will be arriving at around 6:30 or so with a box containing batteries, lanyards and other stuff for this weekend. I'm not sure I can stick around long, but I want to make sure it gets into the right hands.
