The debris of a recently discovered comet will hit the earth for the first time tonight starting at 10:30pm, causing a possibly intense 'meteor shower', peaking around 3am, and possibly going to dawn.

Some astronomers are predicting up to 1 shooting star every 5 seconds at it's peak. To see it go outside after 1030pm and look up and somewhat north. The 'shooting stars' will originate roughly from that point and be spread out through the sky.
