The spur gear on my filament drive came loose and I need to tighten it back down.  However my smallest hex wrench (1.5) doesn't fit.  What size wrench do I need, and where can I get one?

Thanks,
Dave

As far as I can tell, it's an M2x2 or 0.9mm hex.  The best wrench I've found is like this.

A few hours of searching and I found the wrench.  However the screw seems to be jammed.  I can't back it out, and I can't tighten it.  It almost feels like when it came loose it somehow cross-threaded itself.  Anyone have any ideas on how I can get this tiny little grub screw out?  I suppose I could drill it out.

Anyone know what size replacement I would need, and where I could get one?

Thanks.
Dave

The screw has thread lock on it, so use a small torch to heat the gear around the screw to break the screw free.  Of course, try not to heat it up too much for fear of damaging the stepper.  The screw loosened easily with a little heat when I did it.

It's no longer on the stepper.  The screw isn't holding the gear on tightly anymore and I can just slip it off.  If heat works, I may remove teh screw completely, clean up the thread lock, and then put it back on the stepper and tighten it back down.

Thanks for the help.
