40MM Fans are not running.

Hi, Guys. 

Really need your helps. I got my new Makergear M2 Last week. 

I finished assembled them today. When I turn on the power, the two 40 mm fans were running fine. 

After I installed Arduino Driver and Rambo Driver, both of them stopped. 

Do you guys have any ideas?
