I have most my parts printed for my prusa mod's. The MG Prusa needs nothing i only do this because i can and its fun.
I
noticed at high X axis speed the frame would vibrate and shake hard. I
had printed the cross brace bar clamps but it just did not help as much
as i would have expected so i did it my own way by
adding another set of vertexes and frame cross braces It has really
stiffened up the sideways shaking a bunch. It also gave me a handy place
to hang the spools on either side. It will have two spools hanging when
i finish the dual remote exstruder mod tonight.
The plywood heatbed
i machined out so the pcb and adjustment bolts are flush with the top. I
am waiting for a bunch of magnets to arrive so i can embed them into
the plywood under the pcb and it will stick down a piece of sheetmetal
to hold the pcb down flat without the screws. The whole top should end
up perfectly smooth flat and with nothing sticking up out of the bed
once im done.
Sorry about deleting this post so many times..... errr trying to add the pictures
