M2 Electronics box Connections

I have looked but can't find a few things!

 

          1. where do you plug in the two wire HBP Connector.

          2. where do you plug in the two wire EXT connector.

          3. Does the 4 wire EXT connect to the E0 as shown in the photos?

          4. Card reader connections One wire is marked on the single row connector and no markings on the two row connector (how and where)?

          5. The Fan for the box has no connectors at all, just two wires!   I may be able to find a connector but where do I plug it in at?

1. The HBP thermistor goes to T2.
2. The EXT thermistor goes to T0.
3. Yes, the 4 wire EXT(ruder) connector goes to E0.  If the extruder rotates the wrong direction when command to manually move (extrude should be clockwise, retract should be counterclockwise), power down, unplug power and flip the connector.
4. On the 1x6 connector, the marked wire goes towards the near edge of the board.  On the 2x4 connector, the side with two wires goes towards the main chip.
5. The electronics case fan is combined with the filament driver/extruder fan on Extruder 1 Fan.  The link above has information on how to control it manually, if you so wish.
