M2 24V, V3b hotend- Thermistor Readings

Howdy!

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Mintemp error I've received.  

I'm reading 5v, 40kohms for each terminal on the thermistor- T0, T1, T2, and T3.

Readings are the same for both extruder and bed hotends.

40kohms is too low, right?  If so, what do I need to replace?
