Hi Steven and Ranjit,

I have no idea how we can 'properly' exchange addresses etc.  I can't find a private message option anywhere but I could be missing something.
Is it etiquette to post my email address?
Let me know :-)

Regards
Richard

Guys,

If you are using the web interface to Google Groups (e.g., via the link at www.makergear.com), then e-mail links are not shown.  But if you set your Google Groups profile to send you e-mails (like the "abridged daily digest"), the e-mail will have e-mail links to those posting.

Or post a reply and check "Email updates to me" before you click "Post".

I just used thread tape. Keeps it snug and in place.

Nice idea...

I just found a spring with OD slightly larger than 4mm to tension the bolt.

Really easy, surprised makergear didn't design something similar - allows very easy adjustment if the Z stop and due to the spring tension the bolt can't shift by mistake.
