How do I take .sli files from Netfabb and make them gcode files?

Is there a converter available?

Will I be able to use files sliced thru Netfabb on my MakerBot TOM?

You can't, at least not easily. For best results, use Skeinforge or SFAct to slice your model and generate the gcode in one step.

I've used netfabb basic to slice stl's. then I export the part I sliced, bring it into RepG and get gcodes from it.

Is there no free version to interpret the .sli files?

I'm not sure where you use the .sli files with netfabb. I have a paid for version
of the netfabb RapMan/RepRap Engine and it doesn't use the sli files as far as I
can tell. It generates gcode directly. .sli files are an export option that I assumed
was commonly used in some other program.

I export the parts as either STL's or OBJ files. and use them from there. I haven't exported the slices.
