It's Left and Right. IF you use replicator-g when you hit create
gcode, it's in the top option box of the "print-o-matic settings".

In MakerWare:

1. Make sure you have Replicator 2X selected under MakerBots > Type of MakerBot.

2. Highlight the object on the plate.

3. Click the Object Information button at the lower left.

4. Select the extruder you want to use from the Extruder dropdown menu.

That's it -- you don't have to change anything in the Make dialog; the object will be printed by the selected extruder.

Also...in the Edit Menu under settings pull down you can set which color the right or left is using. That way you can 'see' it in the correct color and know you're using the right or left. For me, it's the perfect idiot check (cause I am the perfect idiot :P ) and I make sure to always change the color to reflect what's loaded

I do know someone who ALWAYS put's white in his right extruder and color in the left. He just leaves his color settings for white-right and black-left. That way any time he see's black he knows he's printing from the left.

Thank you very much, I just tested the objects on the card, that's why.
Tomorrow I'm getting into printing my own stuff so i'll get deeper into the settings.
