I started to title this 'Upgrade Your Replicator1', then I thought "forget that!". It started out as the Replicator, it still is the Replicator. Let the other guys specify 'Replicator2' when they want to talk about that.
Anyways, I'm always having trouble finding things on Thingiverse that I know I've seen, but can't seem to get to come up again in a search, without having to page through hundreds of unrelated items. In particular I knew there were upgrades I wanted to do to my Replicator, but I was always wondering if I had the latest thing, or if it had been obsoleted by something better. So I made a list. I tried to get everything associated with the Replicator, but I'm sure I missed something; so if you notice something missing, please mention it.

I've updated the list of Replicator upgrades with all the new entries for the last month, and added some new categories and other items.
I've now got it posted on EEWeb at http://www.eeweb.com/blog/gary_crowell/makerbot-replicator-upgrades

I made some pillow block bearing mounts for the 5mm belt shafts when I did the XL upgrade if you would like the file to add somewhere? I think it helped with the ringing effect I was getting at the high speeds of sailfish printing. :)

That sounds like something that should be a Thing on Thingiverse. Do you know how to add it? Really easy to do.
Regardless, I'd be really interested in seeing it since I'll be doing the XL as soon as I get the new aluminium platform arms. Or I'll put it on Thingiverse if you want.
