I have been able to print a total of 5 objects since I got my bot
built. Then the problems started...

First my HBP shorted one of the contact pads snapped off of the
thermister. I tried to remedy this by desoldering every thing and
flipping the board over and using that side. (but it is lower power
and takes for ever to heat up). Now I can't get the ABS to stick to
the platform long enough for the build to get any where. the ABS will
come up off the board before it can make a second pass.

Also My plastruder Is no longer able to meet the set temp in control
panel it is always 5-10C short of reaching the target temp. The HBP is
now the same way what gives?

1. have you tried increasing the power to both heaters? try tuning via
the pot resistor just below the MOSFETs
2. alternatively, try to use a relay for your HBP - this allows more
power to the plastruder - I was experiencing intermittent loss of
power to the DC motor, and the relay helped a lot
