does anyone know the dimensions for the Z Axiz lead screw ? Pitch length etc.
I,ve seen some advertised that are all one piece on the stepper motor but do not know the MB size!
Also the X axis gear pulley, is this a 16 tooth gear?

2mm pitch, 4 start, 8mm lead, 8mm diameter acme screw. 1.8 degree per step stepper, single stack running on 0.4 amps. Do not over-size the replacement stepper or you won't have enough current to run the thing. I recommend getting one specifically designed for a Makerbot or clone -- it's a critical part.
Rep1 XY pulley is 17t GT2 2mm pitch by 6mm width, Rep2 and 2x is 18t.

Also, on the Replicator series (Dual, rep-2, and 2x) it's 280mm long
And for fun, the Mini uses a 6mm screw with 3mm lead 200mm long. (totally different than anything else).
Also, the mini is a short stack nema17, very hard to find a matching spec size wize but still 0.4A.

Since your such a stickler for details that's not 100% accurate.
The lead screw is a Trapezoidal since it is metric, close but not 100% the same since it would be a 30 deg screw rather then a 29 deg.
