Just received the Replicator 2x and connected it to MakerWare. The program suggested that I update my Firmware from 7.2 to 7.3. In doing so, the machine now thinks that it is a Replicator 2 and will not heat up the build plate. I cannot revert back to 7.2 on MakerWare.
Does anyone know how I can get the machine back to factory settings with Replicator 2x 7.2 Firmware?
Thanks.

It is just a name, you can change that if you want from makerware.
Maker sure you have chosen Replicator 2x from the dropdown list.
Also make sure you did restart the bot.
Also go trough the settings in the LCD and make sure they are okey.

Can you change the on-device name with MakerWare? I've used replicatorg over USB to solve this problem. I've had to rename my device back to "Replicator 2X" and set the number of tools to 2.
