Did you remember to change the machine profile to use driver="makerbot4g"
instead of driver="makerbot4ga"?

You see a Filament Packing Density (or ABS vs, PLA choice) for the Replicator
in RepG? Are you using SF 35 for the Replicator? You might want to use SF 50
for the Replicator: it works quite well. But stick to SF 35 for the Thing-o-Matic.

No two extruders are the same. Jetty was just posting recently that he sees
about a 10% difference between the two Mk8's on the same Replicator.
