I am looking for a smaller diameter nozzle for my Rep1.  I know it's going to increase print times and all that and I'll be thoughtful about extrusion speed and all that.

Anyone making them?

thanks!

.35 and .25 along with bigger .50

I personally like some of QU-BD's stuff but there have been reports
both ways on the nozzles, good and bad. Now take that with a grain of
salt because some folks got 0.25 nozzles and then complianed the
extruder didn't work well.

So take a look at the facts:
We can easily make an extruder skip steps or strip the filament with a
0.4 nozzle.
A 0.35 is going to be a littler harder to extrude and a 0.25 is going
to stress the filament feed to the max.

I say go ahead and try it, likely PLA will work better than ABS.
Best of luck and report back what works.

I haven't tried it yet, but I purchased 0.1mm and 0.2mm nozzles from Jerrill.com along with an adapter to make those work with Mk7/Mk8 extruders.  It is considered experimental, and since I haven't tried it yet, please don't consider this a recommendation in any way -- but if you are interested in tinkering, you might want to check that out.
