What Rep1 extruder is this?

In the ongoing (and tedious) process of returning functionality to our MakerSpaces Replicator1, I noticed the extruder is not the original (delrin plunger) version.

I searched Thingiverse and found nothing that looks like it. One of the bearings is a little off-center and makes filament loading tricky; I'd like to print a replacement.

Can anybody identify this, and perhaps provide a link to an STL?

Just replace it with a complete new version.
