Replicator 2x factory reset - only right tool can be used

Hi, I wanted to reset all the settings to original, and i did not want to change everything back one by one. 

So I just used factory reset. After that, I am having a trouble with printer not finding "left tool". I updated the firmware to the latest one, but still not working. everything was working fine till right before I did factory reset. But i made sure all the wires are connected.

anything else i can try?

You'll probably find as well it does not recognize your heated bed in makerware...

This is an easy fix... go on your makerbot, press M on front side, from main menu find the settings where you can set the count of extruder to 2 as well as define the bed is heated.

It's amazing, but a reset would make your makerbot configured as a replicator 2 ...
