MakerBot Gen 5 - Error 57< Could anyone help????

Hello Everyone, we just bought Gen 5 and only used 50+ hours for the modeling but now we facing Error 57, do anyone know how to fix it or what should we do???? Thank you so so much for your help!!!!!

Please contact MakerBot support.

Sorry, I'm not trying to be funny or rude. The issue is that in order to fix this, the machine told you there was a hardware problem. There is no magical fix I or anyone else is going to tell you about the 5th gen system.
It's closed source, MakerBot honestly doesn't event want us a community messing with the machine- they want you to call them and all support through them.

The days of tips and tricks is over.

I got this sag error message this morning.  Powered the machine off and stated again.  Seems to be working fine.

I was using a custom profile where I adjusted the temperature, and I think that may have triggered the error.

Please let us know what Makerbot says.

Makerbot has gone all apple computer on us then?  I guess its only a matter of time before they charge us for tech support phone calls.

I have to say I am very happy that I have the replicator2.  seems like this is one of the best machines they put out.

Oh, I've seen this error plenty :-(. We ended up having to get a replacement extruder. What's interesting, is it would typically stop printing at ABOUT the same spot while making a raft. Without the raft, it still wouldn't finish a print, but would more often than not, print a lot longer/more filament before I encountered the error.

Ummm... You may want to give this a read...

These updates were released for MakerCare and Support back in June.
