my raft was peeling off prints fine but now the last couple days the raft is fused with the bottom of the prints.  Is there something i am doing wrong?
Thank  you

Well, some of us, in fact I would say a high percentage of users,
would say for first problem is the fact you are using a raft.
Beyond that, the reason you are using a raft is likely you either
can't are aren't properly tramming or "leveling" the bed. The can't
part comes into play with a warped bed.
The reason why I bring that up is that if your machine is inconsistent
with first layer height then you are getting thicker and wider layers
and those tend to bond more and that would be the most logical
explantion of the change for your raft.

What machine is this on so we can really sort out the root cause?

I'm saying this because my advice right now is simple, just re-level
your bed an ensure you have more distance beteen the nozzle and the
build surface for the first layer. That's not really a fix, it
shouldn't change over a few days which indicates a bigger root
problem.
The fact is changed over time makes me suspect you have warping
plastic Z arms as that is a normal symptom, but then you could be a on
replicator 2 with no heated bed and then it would just be your build
surface is warping.

+1 Jetguy.
Eliminate the raft, and you don't have to worry about how it pulls off. If you need a raft to get around another issue (warped bed, curling), then solve those problems independently.

FWIW, even a Rep2 has some movement due to heat. I always get a better smush when printing my first print of the day. After 6 hours of printing, the first layer is definitely a lot looser.
I'm not yet convinced as to "what" is deflecting during the day. And it's not even enough to worry about. I'll see if anything changes when Bottleworks ships the new aluminum arms.

I'm a bit more sympathetic to raft users, perhaps because "in the old days, that's how we used to do it" <g>

If you have successfully printed with rafts that velcro'd off your prints, but it isn't anymore, the first question is: did you change anything?  DIfferent speed, temp, filament, or even change in filament diameter would create problems.  Generally speaking, you are running way too hot and thick.  Make sure you have your interface layers turned on, too - without them, those planks are way too beefy to rip off.
