Hi,

Probably two seperate issues:

#1 HBP seems to take a long time to heat up compared to print heads.
Is this normal? Heatup process gets to %80 withing minutes, then it
sits for a long while waiting for the HBP to come up to temp. Seems
to take over a minute for each degree

#2 I was having problems with things sticking to the HBP so I began
using 115 as default temp. Seemed to work really well, was printing
with NO issues over the weekend. Now prints aren't sticking again.
I've noticed that the target temp for HBP is 115, but the reported
temp when I cancelled this last print was 105. Why isn't the HBP
sticking to the temp it is supposed to be set to?

Also, should I cross list to the MBI forum, or would that be too much
duplication?

#1 My HBP take quite a bit longer to heat up than the extruders.
Sometimes I preheat just the HBP while Replicator is running
Skeinforge. I don't think it takes 1 minute per degree though, but
maybe 10 seconds per degree.
#2 I don't have to raise the HBP temp. past the 100C default, and I
suspect neither do you. When my prints don't stick it's time to get
the HBP closer to the extruders with the table calibration routine.
