I was recently GIVEN 2 Replicator 2's.
#1 has 240 hrs.
#2 has 243 hrs

I've helped out a friend that has a print shop keep his 3D printers going, he was tired of tinkering with these MakerBots, and upgraded his print capabilities.

He decided to just buy 4 Ender 3 V2 Neo's and run them on a Sonic Pad.
I setup the system and it was printing nicely UNTIL one of the printers's hot end screws loosen'd and dropped down against the bed.
That made the printer try and move the x-axis to print, but it was hitting the bed, basically crashing against it until and error was given that crashed the whole system.

The Sonic Pad lost everything in it's system & all printers were apparently flashed and lost their .cfg's.

I got everything re-flashed and running.

It's scary to know if one of the printers has an error, the whole system might be compromised!

He also has an Ender 3 V2, and bought another Sonic Pad to control it (probably add more Neo's in the future).

I've got these Replicators printing just fine, but having problems with blurry text on some of my Billiard inventions.

I just reduced the heat on the nozzle from 230 to 225 and it helped a little bit.
Still experimenting with them to get decent prints like my Ender 3 V2.

If you have any suggestions, I'd like to hear them!
Thanks,
D

I'm still running a Replicator 2 and it does what I need.  I got it for free because is was broken,  and fixed the fan MOSFET issue.  The Sailfish firmware made a big difference too.  I'm just a hobbyist, and not doing anything with high resolution, so I don't see the need to spend money on a new one.  I'd look up the run hours, but it's running a print right now.

I still run my original Replicator.  It had a number of upgrades done to it, but it's still very much a Replicator.  Still puts out nice prints!

After the second motherboard failed, I junked my original Replicator. But I miss it! It put out plenty of good prints in its time.

Good to hear from you, Joseph Toybuilder!

A Joseph post!? Wow!
I still run three rep2s. They print better quality and way faster than all four Mendels that I have. (An Ender3, a cr6se, an Anycubic kobra and a Tenlog TLD3). They also print way better than my Predator delta as well as my Raise3d.
