Replicator+ Motor Help!

Hi everyone! 

I work in an elementary school and we use 5 Replicator +'s. After getting no help from Makerbot we still are experiencing the issue of, when loading filament the extruder begins to grab it and its feeds in for a little but then abruptly jams and makes that very obvious stuttering/ jamming sound. Used multiple brand new extruder and taken them apart ruling out extruder error/ malfunction. Then went to a local shop and they recommended buying a new motor. Wanted to see what you all thought could be my next step/ if I do need a new motor where to even start looking for one (motor #c541232)

Please please I could use any and all help!

In my opinion…

The later Replicators.., well actually any Replicator except for 1 and 2, are very very problematic. I’d NOT recommend spending any money on one. Sorry.😞
