Replicator 2 set point in print to change filliment

I have a Replicator 2 and need to change filament color at a specific point in the print.  A friend recommended using ReplicatorG and I am having some issues generating the g code.  Does anyone know another way to accomplish this?

If you use Sailfish firmware, use the "Pause at ZPos" function accessible from the LCD menu. If you don't use Sailfish, install Sailfish.
