Replicator 2 Drive Block Upgrade Parts

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this group and need assistance.

FYI,

This 3D printer is not mine.

I'm helping a friend rebuild 2 of them.

Got one of them printing decently (he had the Drive Block Upgrade, but still in the package), the other needed a few parts I found and ordered.

  I have a Replicator 2 that I need an aluminum Drive Block upgrade for.

I have the bearing & spring and will purchase the 2 bolt/screws needed if I can find someone that can supply the body & lever.

Tried to print them using PLA from the thingiverse files, but they are crapola.

This parts may be fine using another type of filament, but PLA on this machine requires waaaay too much grinding & sanding to be of any use (parts don't fit together or onto the stepper motor at all).

I'm hoping someone can either print them in metal (aluminum preferred) or direct me to a supplier that has them.

I assume you are referring to the feeder of the extruder.
