Hey guys, I just got my Raffle's' alucariage single and aluminum gantry ends installed.  im having some trouble because my x-axis (left to right) is tighter than it was stock.  It seems like when you move it further to the left (away from the endstop) it gets even tighter.  When it started a print a minute ago, it actually hung.  Also, my printer is making some weird clicky sounds, but that might just be the bearings since im used to bushings.

Im wondering how to get this joker aligned so it moves smooth like butter.  My Y axis (front to back) is working fine and moves great.

Anyways, thanks for the help in advance peeps.

Release the belts. Put two equal something's between the case and the x ends. Then tighten the belts against those blocks. I just bought some 123 blocks for this, but Legos can be good enough.

I tried that out adam, and it seemed to fix a little bit.  But now when it prints, if the print head foes further than a few inches from the center of the gantry, it moans and wines and whines and vibrates slightly.  I cant pinpoint where the sound is coming from.

post a picture of it from the top with the extruder centered and the machine on the floor, and you may even be able to see the miss alignment by putting it on the floor and getting a good view.
