Hey guys, I've gotten brick walled by this error on both Mac and PC after the recent update 3.9.1.1143.

It looks like it just affects standard res, but that's mostly what I print in.

I've tried multiple full uninstall/ reinstalls. I've used the official uninstaller, a 3rd party app and component file remover, clearing the caches, manually uninstalling all related content, clearing the plist, unsuccessfully  trying to find an earlier version and removing the home folder addition of the thing files.

Any tips?

Did you try an earlier version and fail, or fail to find an earlier version? There are links floating around on this group somewhere.

Is it just one model, or all models? If it's just one model, did you try a model repair service or rotating the model on the build plate by a few degrees?

Did you run the model through netfabb?

I haven't been able to find an earlier version for Mac, though I have seen a couple of the Windows ones floating around.

I'm positive it's not a matter of the models themselves or positioning since they process fine on the low/high settings and print find on standard from my notebook running the previous version.  Also its not just the same models I'm using successfully on the other computer, but the same exact files.

Best guess I can determine from my troubleshooting is that there is some kind of file corruption happening in a location Im unable to isolate since I've read about this being cleared up on the Windows side by either deleting the things home folder or clearing the cache.
