I recently acquired another Rep2, this one's been through hell and back. Long story short, its most recent mishap occurred when the previous owner plugged in the power cord upside down, and the entire Mightyboard received 24V :(. The interface board was also shot, but I have a spare laying around so no big deal with that. However, I need a new Mightyboard, but am unable to find one anywhere for a decent price. Cheapest I've found is $175 on eBay. I know there are "knockoff" boards that exist for the Rep1 for much cheaper (albeit needing some modding), but not sure about the Rep2. Are there any cheaper ways to fix this, or am I SOL?

I think I paid about that much.
Think of it this way... $175 for one of the best workhorse 3D Printers you can buy.

Just wanted to update, I ended up finding someone to fix the board, they replaced the main ATMega1280 and USB controller chip for a total of $80, and the printer works great now!
