MakerBot Slicer parameters description

I'll start from the very beginning...

I was presented with a MakerBot Replicator 5th Gen 3D printer. I tried to print a test model (I just unpacked a 3D printer, MakerBot plastic from the package). I did it badly.

However, in MakerBot Print it turned out much worse than MakerBot Desktop.

Conclusion - calibration is needed. But this turned out to be a problem. MakerBot Desktop provides access to all options. Most of them are hidden in MakerBot Print and cannot be changed. Slightly more options are available with experimental extruder, but still very few.

There are very few descriptions of parameters on the Internet.

Therefore, I decided to make this site.

Description of parameters with screenshots is already available (this functionality is already working but still under development).

Then I plan to do:

- online slicing, where you can change all the parameters.

- automatic calibration system

- converter from json-code to g-code and vice versa.

I hope I haven't violated any of the makerbot licenses.

Write what you think about it. In any case, I will do it for myself. The question is how quickly I can do it.

Added the ability to view or change all slicer parameters (here).

So far, it works in demo mode, in which you can just look at an example of the loaded print-file and its characteristics.

In production mode, you can upload your print-file, change its parameters and get the makerbot-file for printing on a 3D printer.

Updated the rendering of the slicer commands. Added display of retract and restart commands in the form of circles. Provided the display of a retract with a z-hop commands in the form of a cylinders.

As soon as I install the backend server, I'll upload the functionality to production.

Calibration will be ready soon.

Released parameter change and parameter calibration. You can try it here. You just need to upload the print file (MakerBot Print).

For now, you can only try with the MakerBot Replicator 5th Gen. I have the opportunity to check on it.
