Has anyone else seen this article on Electrolyzed water used to
produce safe cleaning products?

It seems like it would be a no-brainer to make a device for producing
this. The trick it would seem is finding the right material for the
membrane. I haven't seen an instructables article on it yet.
From those of you with a chemistry background, I would like to know if
you can mix the two resultant solutions; containing sodium hydroxide
and hypochlorous acid back together without getting salt water as a
result. A solution that was both a degreaser and a disinfectant would
be handy.
