Hey everyone! So here is the list of people who signed up for the Chinese Fair and what day they will be attending. If you cannot attend at this day, please email me asap! or you will get negative credits. Once again this event is from 8am - 8pm. This event will be worth 6 credits.

In order to participate in this event, you need your picture taken for an ID. All of you are required to meet afterschool on Tuesday, January 13, 2008 at the flagpole. It is a mandatory meeting because the IDs are mandatory. Please tell me asap if you cannot make it so we can take your picture another day.

Day: March 15, 2009
Time: Depends on shift (around 7:00 - 11:00)
If you would like to attend, please email me with your name and reg and what shift you signed up for with Emerald Across the Bay as the Subject. Also fill out the attached form asap and send it to the email given. I cannot guarantee that you will get the shift you signed up for, so be prepared to do any of them.
Kaiser Half Marathon 2009
I also attached an officer application. Please fill that out asap and put it in Tina's reg box 1018 by January 16, 2008. Once again, the position of secretary, treasurer and public relations are still open.
Okay so no one showed up for the club picture which is pretty sad so we're gonna have another one on Tuesday, January 12 during the beginning of lunch time. Since everyone has the same lunch, this shouldn't be a problem.

- Last year your group worked at the Start Line. We would love to have you do that again.
- 5:45 AM - 8:15 AM
- Kennedy Drive near Stow Lake, Golden Gate Park
- Check in with Phyllis (me) at Volunteer Check in
- Each volunteer receives a Commemorative Long Sleeve Official T-Shirt
