On the subject of making the web faster, what happened with the work
Adam Langley (a Googler) was doing to reduce the number of round-trips
required for TLS handshakes?

It looks like the relevant code got removed from Chromium a while
back, but I haven't seen any discussion about why that happened. Can
anyone shed any light on this?
