Is this project defunct?

Two changes since Apr. 20 2011, can we assume that this project is defunct?  (It'd be a shame, it looks promising.)

Are you talking about the Python tool specifically? There has been much more development on the newer Java port, though it's also not officially staffed.

You probably want to be using the Java version anyway if you aren't already.

I just ran across it (the python version) for the first time, and didn't realize there was an alternate.  Is that publicly available?
