Disgusting, filthy and just plain gross isn't it! However it's happening in places on a grand scale in rivers, streams, oceans,ect  all over the world! You would report a stranger dropping one in the pool, so why not report municipalities, and Corporations. Feces in our water could never be a good sign and the old saying of  " A sqeeky wheel never get the oil"  is the equivilent  of no one speaking up. So let's speak up and clean up our water!
