I have heard about this idea before. It would be a great business to
start here in Houston. Is anyone doing it here already? I keep
telling Ben that (in the post-peak-oil-collapse world of the not-too-
distant future) I am going to be a farmer.
Usually when I tell him though, I omit the words in parentheses. I
have a LOT more to learn about gardening though.

This is incredible. I have an enormous backyard and would love to get
a garden started this spring. Like you, Megan, I've got a long way to
go as far as learning about gardening. Maybe we can learn together.
