Folks, if you would like to build your own solar cooker, here is a
materials list.
This cooker is made out of carboard, glass, and foil. It is cheap,
portable, and gets the job done. However it is not weatherproof so
will need to be stored inside. The plans are available on this
website:

Materials List
1. Two cardboard boxes. One should fit inside the other. The
smaller of the two boxes should be big enough to fit your cooking
pot. Square boxes are easier.
2. Eight ounces of white paper glue (such as Elmer’s™).
3. One small roll of 18" wide heavy duty aluminum kitchen foil.
4. A piece of double strength glass ½" larger than the length and
width of the inner box (about $2 to $3 at a glass store). Buff the
edges of the glass by rubbing a rock or metal over them, so they’re
not dangerously sharp.
5. A small amount of flat black paint, & paint brush. (e.g.
barbecue paint)
6. (For square oven only:) One yard of elastic band material, say
3/8" wide, from a sewing store.
7. A baking tin that fits in the inner box, preferably one that puts
a slight pressure on the sidewalls, to form a rack.
8. Some cotton cloth from recycled clothes.
9. Some string.
10. Additional carboard (to be cut up and used for insulation between
the two boxes).
11. Box cutters / sharp knife
