And the hat trick is, of course, that Sheila is doing a poetry reading as part of a Scottish Poetry Library outreach project.
She will be reading at the Carnegie Library in Ayr this Thursday (19th June) at 7.30 pm. It’s a free event – and you even get some wine thrown in (well, strictly speaking it’s in a glass and not thrown at all, so you don’t need to worry about any of your lovely outfits!). Also reading will be Alison Craig, a good friend of the Makars, and Gerrie Fellowes. We hope to see some of you there.
Best Wishes,
Rowena, Sheila and Michael
