change threshold in deltapi

I ran deltapsi command and the header of the output shows:

'Gene ID' | 'LSV ID' | .... | 'P(|dPSI|>=0.2) per LSV junction ' | ...|

Is there an option to change this default threshold (dPSI = 0.2) to another value?

Dear Juan,

Are you getting the TSV output from majiq deltapsi directly? If not, you should be able to use voila tsv with the voila file produced by majiq deltapsi (along with splicegraph.sql from majiq build) to produce a more richly annotated TSV file. Additionally, voila tsv includes optional parameters that should allow you to change this threshold directly.
